Bus Trip June 19, 2021
Just a reminder about the main details:
Venue: Amitie Textiles, Torquay. Sit and Sew, coffee and cake and lunch included.
Timing:
*Meet at the Masonic Hall at 8.45 for a 9 am departure
*Returning, we will leave Amitie by 3.45
*Cost: $68 (Sit and Sew etc is $25, the cost of the bus per person is $43)
So far, we have 14 bookings. We need 6 more. You are welcome to bring a friend. The final date for bookings has been extended to the Day Meeting in May.

Providing we get the required number of bookings, you will need to make the payment either at a meeting, electronically or by cheque. Payment needs to be made by May 31. Details as follows:

As per EQI Policy: Fees are not refundable unless notification of inability to attend is received (in writing or email) two weeks prior to the event.
