Butter, bands, and bowls! …

Very productive this week. Sample block of maple leaf for a friend, butter successful but had to watch out for the buttermilk when it separated from the butter. Goes everywhere. Started front of Leon’s jumper and changed the band on the spinning wheel. Works beautifully. Like Montana (grandkid), who only knows two speeds on the sewing machine, my spinning wheels only knows stop and go fast.  Montana and Tegan helped make 6 microwave bowl holders for Montana’s friends. Great way to use up bits of cotton wadding heading for the bin.
