Quilt Show – you can just focus on the top at the moment!
We know everyone is feeling a bit anxious about finishing their quilt for our Quilt Show. Or that they have something nearly pieced and they don’t think it will be finished in time. Do! Not! Worry! Please remember all that you need to do by 20 June 2018 is:
- Take a photo of a block or part of the top
- As this is for identification purposes only – a home printer using your phone pictures is more than adequate. If you need help adolescents generally make quick work of this task.
- Complete your application form – you can download it here
- Post, with $5 payment to PO Box 375, Essendon 3040 or hand in to the Treasurer’s table at the next day meeting on the 20th June 2018 and pay $5 either via EFT or to the Treasurer (BSB: 633-000. EQI account number: 126900604. Payment Reference: QSE [4-digit Membership Number, or, Name. e.g., QSE 2785, or, QSE Robyn R]
- Continue to work on your quilt. And, if you are getting it quilted and haven’t booked a quilter we suggest you do!

Perhaps the next time an exhibition is held the due date for forms could be extended to the Night Meeting.
A good point, Nadine! Perhaps an oversight by a committee doing twice as much as we should be, with running both EQI committee and also being the basis of a Quilt Show committee.
