Pink scrappy sashed nine-patch …
The same pattern as the first blue one, 4 x sashed nine-patch blocks, with one fabric for block sashing and border. It could be made into a larger quilt, but still leaving it at 30″ square for a QFO - trying to use up the smaller pieces of scrap fabrics in the stash!
After ditch stitching the blocks to stabilise and secure, quilting this time in each corner with a rotating template, then a free motion echo around the outside of the ‘flower’. Border pattern straight lines crossed over at sashing junctions.
What a difference a cloud makes to the colour!
More to come!
Cheers

You always do things so precisely, I really admire that talent. Beautiful colour.
What clever girl you are. Always interesting to learn new things. Pinky
