Nadine B #18: Medallion is quilted

The centre medallion was quilted on the diagonal using quilting thread. I’ve moved to using perle cotton for the other borders. It is queen-sized and heavy with all the applique, so I have draped it over a small table to quilt it. I put it aside for a while, but want to have it on my bed by summer. Slow project!

    Looks great. A credit to you. The best part of handquilting is the excitement of starting, the drag of the middle and “I think I can” and nearly finished, thank goodness!
