New Member Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of Essendon Quilters

Our members are passionate about sharing patchwork quilting in friendship and fun.

We assume you have already read the information pages to find out what we offer members.

Membership Fees:

Our membership year is from 1 July to 30 June. Our membership fee structure is:

12 monthly membership is $50, from 1 July to 30 June
Pro-rata payment $25 if you join between 1 January - 30 June
Name Badge (optional) - $20.00

Application:

The Committee will consider your application as soon as possible. Please allow two weeks to process your payment and membership details. Once your membership becomes active, you will receive a confirmation email and a website email with your username and temporary password.

Please note:

By submitting this membership application, you agree to abide by the Rules of the Association.
Membership of EQI includes permission to publish EQI activities digitally.
EQI member news delivery method is via attendance at meetings, or digitally via e-mail and website.

1. Make the payment via your online banking

1. The event code is: MEM
2. For the Payment Reference (18 characters max.) enter: event code, surname, initial e.g. MEM Brown S
3. Enter the information requested into the Membership Application Form (see below)
4. Check the required boxes
5. Click the ‘Send’ button

The form will be recorded and sent to the EQI membership coordinator. A confirmation email will be sent back to you.

To make your payment via Bank Direct Transfer and are unsure of ‘how to’, please refer to the example below:

1. Go to your online transfer option - bank, credit union etc.
2. Select your preferred account for payment
3. Enter the Payee Name - Essendon Quilters Inc
4. Enter the Bendigo Bank BSB number:
5. Enter the EQI Account Number:
6. Enter the required payment amount
7. ** For the Payment Reference (18 characters max.) enter: event code, surname, initial e.g. MEM Brown S
8. If this is the first time you have made a payment to EQI via this method, you will more than likely be sent an SMS from your banking institution to confirm the direct debit as well.
9. Submit your payment and save a copy of your Bank Transfer receipt.

** IMPORTANT: The Treasurer needs to identify your details (event code and name) from the payment reference information.
