All aboard…….are you ready?

Bus trip for Essendon Quilters on March 18th, 2017

 

Mark this date in your diary! Ask your friends! We would like to fill the coach on our trip to the Geelong area. The cost is $35 for members and $45 for non-members.

Meet at the Masonic Hall at 8am for an 8.15am departure. We are planning to be back at the hall at approximately 5pm. Bring your shopping list with measurements, samples/projects, EQI badge, cash, card, pencil & paper and a large shopping bag with your name on the outside. Comfortable shoes and water. Lunch, if you wish. There will be opportunities for purchasing morning and afternoon tea and lunch. Pay by cash to ease the queue. We have included a visit to the Seachange Quilt exhibition at Barwon Heads. $2 needed for entrance.

1. Bellarine Sewing Centre – sewing machines, labellers, fabrics in traditional, childrens’, art styles, Tilda ranges and patterns. bellarinesewingcentre.com.au

2. A Little Different – modern patchwork fabrics, patterns, books, embroidery items and clothing patterns. Offering 10% off. alittledifferent.com.au

3. Jiddi’s Patch – lots of fabrics, threads and patterns. Check this out: jiddispatch.com.au

4. Seachange Quilters, Barwon Heads. Their exhibition is on the weekend of 18-19/3. Lots to see!

5. The Naked Sheep. Some $7/metre fabric, wools, hand spun and dyed, William Morris & Japanese fabrics. thenakedsheep.com.au
