Changes to Meetings
Life never stays still and things can evolve rapidly. Lowther Hall has hired the Hall for examinations during the school holidays. This does not impact the AGM and Day Meeting on the 21st or the Evening Sit and Sew on the 28th. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to hold the QFO workshop this month.
AGM (Annual General Meeting)
As you may be aware a number of Committee members are not renominating. Thank you to the hard-working Denise, Barb, Pinky and Lorraine.
This of course means that EQI needs members to volunteer to take on the positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Committee members. The group has to have a Committee in order to continue. Please consider taking on a position. Nomination forms are available online and paper copies will be available on the day.
WORKSHOPS
A reminder that there are 2 amazing Workshops ahead of us. Ruler quilting with Robyn on October 22 and Applique with Irene Blanck on November 26. Information and enrollment forms are on the EQI website, eNews, and paper forms will be available at meetings.
MEMBERSHIP
Just a reminder that Memberships are due. You can renew your Membership online or at our Meeting.
